The interior concept draws inspiration from the transition of BRGR from a food truck experience to a full-scale restaurant. The design preserves a strong outdoor sensibility, translated through the use of rustic, warm materials that reference its origins.

A palette of mesh, wood, terrazzo, metal, and concrete paint establishes a raw yet refined material language, while abundant greenery reinforces the indoor–outdoor atmosphere. Together, these elements create a space that feels grounded, relaxed, and connected to its street-inspired beginnings, while offering a more developed and immersive dining experience.
