In this project, both the location and the company’s heritage played a defining role in shaping the design direction. This family office required a strong connection to old Cairo, reflecting its setting in the Korba district, with subtle references to the area’s architectural character embedded throughout the interior details.

At the same time, the space was carefully designed to support the demands of a modern workflow, balancing historical influence with contemporary functionality. The result is a workplace that harmonizes cultural context with operational efficiency, creating an environment that feels both rooted and highly functional.
